NEWBURYPORT SUMMER SAILING PROGRAM
In order to enroll online in any of the AYC Sailing Courses, you must fill out this form and send payment via check.
Please fill out the form below and submit it electronically so that you can reserve a space in our upcoming sessions. Please send a check to the address listed on the bottom of the registration form. Once you have submitted this application, you will receive an email to acknowledge we have received your application. Once payment is received you will be placed on the roster and receive a confirmation email. There are three forms that will be needed, the Medical Release form, the Photo Release, and the Swim Test form. These will be sent in the confirmation email and need to be in prior to the first day of class. New forms are needed every year. Please check shirt size and program fee before submitting this form.
